Tina began riding at the age of four. Her most memorable sporting achievement was winning the Hickstead Derby in 2011, which she called the fulfilment of a “lifetime ambition” as she had grown up watching it on TV. In 2011 she became the first female winner of the Hickstead Derby in 38 years, since Alison Dawes won in 1973.

Her husband Graham Fletcher is a retired international show jumper. Her sister is rider Jenny Cassan and her mother Phyllida Cassan (nee Bell) was also a show jumper.

She and husband Graham run an equestrian business on Foxglade Farm in Oxfordshire, where they produce and sell show jumpers and eventers. She is an accredited British Show Jumping Association trainer.
