A feast for the senses as sport and gastronomy come together in Paris

Coco Coupérie-Eiffel and Christophe Bonnat are the fine dining team at the helm for the Longines Global Champions Tour Paris Eiffel Jumping, presented by Gucci. This experienced duo have chosen Frederic Vardon and the teams of the legendary Chef Alain Ducasse to create the menus for the event. The delights on offer will honor the roots of French gastronomy and range from the style of the traditional brasserie to a 3* dinner - but always with a traditional "à la française" service.

Alain Ducasse - Cuisine Chef, restaurant creator, contemporary inn-keeper, trainer and editor - has developed over thirty years a unique expertise illustrating, under various forms, the art of the French style of living and eating. He is inspired by the world, and takes in its cultural wealth and diversity. Original creations, a strong focus on detail, perfect technical mastery, a quest for excellence are what characterizes this Chef and his cuisine, which has a clear sense of self. The transmission of knowledge, the communication of passion, the sharing of a culinary culture are some of the fundamental elements of the expression of his job.

Frédéric Vardon - trained by Jean-Pierre Morot-Gaudry and Alain Dutournier - he is a globetrotter and participates in all the company's adventures throughout the world (the Spoons, Benoit Tokyo, Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester). Chef, entrepreneur and starred for the 39V, Frédéric Vardon now manages and runs his four restaurants, in a spirit of sobriety, quality and authenticity transmitted by his peers. The chef composes a neo-classical cuisine, sometimes a little roguish, but always focused on seasonal products and with a great attention to the essential: taste. From Paris to Courchevel, Frédéric Vardon is directly inspired by the French culinary heritage. At all his places we will find the finest regional products.
