Biography

Winner of the GP 2010 at Norten-Hardenberg on Simon, Jeroen has had a good season in 2010, including belonging to the Dutch squad for WEG and winning the 2010 CN International Grand Prix with Simon.

He also represented his country at WEG 2006 where he Dutch became World Champion (Jeroen was eleventh individually overall) and the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney where his team finished fifth. He also competed as part of the team at WEG in 1998 and 2002. He has ridden in over 30 Nations Cups.

He was the individual bronze medalist at the 1999 European championships and was part of the 2007 Dutch team that took the European title back to Holland. He is married to Monique and has three children.

The Global Champions Tour welcomed Jeroen and his then Grand Prix horse Nassau to the 2007 event in Monte Carlo where he placed 2nd. Since then has been a regular rider on the tour with great results on Up and Down van de Padenborre, BMC van Grunsven Whisper and more recently BMC van Grunsven Simon
