Biography
Penelope was working her way to the top with some good results in 2* and 3* events. But in 2008 Jubilée d’Ouilly walks into her stable and Pénélopes career booms! With horses like Mylord Carthago, Topinambour, Sisley and Jubilée, Pénélope becomes one of the anchors of the French team.
Penelope is currently the leading lady of French showjumping. Having won the Nations Cup of Belgium for her country in 2009 with a clear round in the jump off, she looked all set for a first championship appearance until her top horse Jubilee D'Ouilly picked up a slight injury just before the European Championships. Not to be dismayed she went to the CSI in Marsailles instead and won the Grand Prix on another horse. She also won two classes at the CSI 5* in London and another in Mechelen the following week.
In 2010 she won all three 2* Grand Prix's in Comporta, Portuagal and other classes in Paris and s'Hergenbosch, Holland. She also made her first World Cup Final appearance in Geneva. A stalwart of the French team that won the 2009 Meydan Top League nations cup series, she was again part of the squad who recently won the 2010 opening rounds at La Baule, Rome and St Gallen. She jumped a double clear in Aachen's Nation's Cup. Her best GCT result is a second place in the GCT GP of Chantilly in her homecountry, France.
