Release date: 26/07/2011 |

The Snake and Ladders game continues as the ranking yet again changes after Australian Edwina Alexander won the GCT Grand Prix in Chantilly.

Edwina commented on her new position on the GCT Ranking at the press conference directly following the success in the Grand Prix in Chantilly France, "I was quite far behind Ludger. Now, I’m not that far ahead and so much can happen. I am happy to be where I am, and I hope I can stay there. I am just going to take it as it comes."

Ludger did not obtain any points in Chantilly with Edwina taking the full 40 points for the win moving up from previous 6th position relocating the German rider to 2nd place.

Luciana moved up the ladder from 8th position due to her second placing in the Grand Prix of Chantilly where she eaned 37 extra ranking points pushing her to 3rd. This forced Alvaro de Miranda Neto (Doda) and Rolf-Goran Bengtsson down the list.

Doda elected to start AD Norson in the Grand Prix.  With a total of 12 penalties over the two rounds he finished in 16th place and collected 21 points to add to his ranking tally.  He now sits in 4th posiiton on the GCT ranking.

Rolf-Goran competed in Chantilly on Quintero La Silla collecting 12 penalties in the first round and did not go through to the second round or collect any points at this leg of the tour.
