The conclusion to Friday’s main arena program was a fun event with top international jockeys competing in pairs with the top international jumping riders.

Racing silks were the order of the day for all adding flavour to the arena setting. The crowd swelled and the sun shone for the first time in the day.

Top jockeys David Cottin, Ervan Chazelle, Anne-Sophie Pacault, Regis Schmidlin and Christophe Soumillon mixed it with top international show jumping riders Simon Delestre, Penelope Leprevost, Eric Lamaze, Rodrigo Pessoa and Kevin Staut.

The jockeys along with the jumping riders completed a flat race with champions jockey Olivier Peslier just beating home jumping rider Penelope Leprevost.

The jockeys then rode a low jumping course and at the conclusion the team of Penelope Leprevost and Olivier Peslier had the best scores to be declared the winners.
